Clay is an outstanding customer rep. Todd, who helped me today is very knowledgeable and helpful. At the same time, he provided virtually no encouragement about a possible resolution of the long standing brake squealing problem on my RDX. I paid 42k for a car and there seems to be little hope for resolution of the problem. I know the problem is out of Todd’s control, but the squealing brakes situation reflects poorly on the Acura brand! More

Vaughn is a fantastic salesman. I called on a Tuesday mentioning the vehicle I wanted with no color preference. He called me on Friday telling me others passed on it. Kept contact until pick up. For an out of state buyer I got better service than local dealers. Lindsay in finance was also great. If every dealer had a finance manager this easy to work with then customer experience would improve significantly. More
