After months searching for a pre owned vehicle with very specific requirements I was led to Acura Columbus. I’m an out of state buyer so I need a dealer who’s experienced in interstate titling, registration specific requirements I was led to Acura Columbus. I’m an out of state buyer so I need a dealer who’s experienced in interstate titling, registration, etc. after my online inquiry Matt reached out. He accepted the challenge of dealing with a long distance customer and worked to ensure the vehicle was as advertised, answering questions and addressing concerns. Matt carved time out his schedule to pick me up from the airport and we were able to complete the transaction. He is very good at taking care of you and following through to the end. He and John in finance were personable and professional. This is how you sell cars, u take care of your customer! More
