Steve greeted me, twin sister (Doc) and my niece with a smile. He was very easy to talk to and extremely patient with my indecisive ways. He listened to me and got me the exact MDX I wanted. I took my 2010 TSX in to have a partially deflated tire looked at, and they found two problems which were promptly fixed. Service advisor Zach and technician Patrick were immensely helpful.
