Financially, this is a big transaction for me so I DO NOT need any pressure and that was one of the major turn-offs for me at some of the other dealers and Jason made an EXTREMELY happy difference! Jason was very pleasant and patient, he provided information, educated me about the vehicle as well as pleasantly took my multiple telephone calls after I returned home and remembered something else and called him for clarification. He knowledgably answered my questions, addressed all of my concerns as well as informed me of available financial options offered by the company for acquiring the vehicle; which immensely helped in making my final decision. Many thanks to the Jason and Mark ("Mr. Finances") combination, it was just magical, greatly appreciated! I was able to drive out with what I REALLY wanted - the MDX and still maintained my finances in the manner I wanted it to be. I worked with Larry for the fitting of my accessories, he is very pleasant, accomodating, helpful and very courteous. I enjoyed the short time I spent with him. I cannot end without mentioning the physical location - it was very clean, well lit, relaxing and very customer-friendly; greatly appreciated. We knew what we wanted when I first spoke with Jason. We received a more than fair estimate for our trade-in, the best financing options, and all in a very timely manner. No haggle. As it turned out, he couldn't lower the price on the new car, but did honor the trade in value, making the deal more than acceptable. I was very impressed with the quality of service the sales staff provided. This is probably the only dealership where I truly believe they care about the customer as much or more than they care about ma sales staff provided. I've been to several car dealers, and generally left with a bad taste in my mouth, and no car. Dealing with Steve and Tom changed that. I did not feel pressured, I felt like I had plenty of time to make an informed decision. There was some negotiating the price, but the ultimate deal was fair, and I felt good. I'll definitely talk with them the next time I buy a car! More

From the first step on the lot, I felt very valuable to them. Most of the sales and service staff have been there for over 10 years, some from the beginning...25 years. You really feel like you’re a part of their family. The sales team was so patient, making sure I understood my vehicle and any time I had a question regarding my Acura, or any other vehicle not purchased from them, they were available and willing to offer assistance. The service team is always extremely friendly and willing to do whatever they can to make my experience a positive one. They are very attentive, right down to the little details. At times when my vehicle is in for service, whether routine or repair, they have a loaner ready for me. They even offer to pick me up or take me where I need to go. They always stay in communication with me, letting me know up-to-date status. And when my vehicle is ready...I know it's ready and right...and its hand washed. I'm a Mom, a professional, a volunteer, a gardener and I stick up for things I believe in. I am a loyal fan and it's easy for me to be an Acura advocate...its luxury with reliability. I know when the time comes, my next vehicle purchase will be Acura...but more importantly, my purchase of another Acura will be from Acura Columbus. More
