I walked away from the deal with a breathtaking new vehicle, feeling like I got a very good deal on it and like Acura really worked to make my numbers come together. I did not feel like this would be a stretch for me financially - and I got a very high class vehicle with all the bells and whistles on it. Likewise, I feel Acura Columbus walked away with a good deal on my trade-in vehicle -- a win-win situation for both of us. In addition, I have got to applaud our salesman, JR, and his delivery staff. I dealed with them in the last hour of business hours on a Friday before Christmas the next day, but he and his staff patiently stayed 1.5 hours past closing time to work with me and get me the exact vehicle I was yearning for. I took delivery on it and was able to use it the very next morning on a road trip for my own holidays! JR and his staff were smiles and cheery the whole time - thank you very much for that. Thank you for treating me as an equal, and as a serious, valued customer. I will be bringing all of my Acura business here. More
