This was probably one of the best shopping experiences I have had to date when purchasing a car. Enjoyable and no pressure. Dan was knowledgeable and fun to work with. Stopped to have my battery replaced in my key fob. As usual, an excellent visit. Have bought 3 cars from them in 10 years and all areas of th3e business are great. This is now the 4th car I have purchased at Columbus Acura. I had been a loyal Toyota/Lexus customer. Due to a salesman up the street not keeping an appointment we had set up to purchase a new car I Acura. I had been a loyal Toyota/Lexus customer. Due to a salesman up the street not keeping an appointment we had set up to purchase a new car I came down to CA. I felt I was treated fairly and purchased an Acura. The Service Department in subsequent follow up has been very accommodating, but quite frankly all I have ever needed on my Acuras has been routine maintenance. The cars have been incredibly reliable and fun to drive. When my wife (not a loyal Acura driver) was ready for a new car, we looked at multiple cars on line to replace her Audi Q7. She finally agreed to the MDX though she thought our garage would look like an Acura used car lot. So far she loves her MDX, and she was happy with our experience. More

We had pretty much decided to go in another direction this time because while we liked our 2004 MDX there where a number of things we were disapointed in. However, we thought we would look at the new mo this time because while we liked our 2004 MDX there where a number of things we were disapointed in. However, we thought we would look at the new model more as a price comparrison than a vehicle we were seriously considering for purchase. Further, I was about 6 months away from actually purchasing a vehicle. The change for us came when we went to the dealer and met JR. He had a very relaxed style, and his approach got my intereest enough to listen to him. When I explained where I was in the buying prcess, he wasn't defensive and did a great job of defending his product and comparing it to other SUV's on the market. More importantly, he convinced us to take the new MDX for a test drive. Long story short, our own research combined with the postive experience we had at the dealer, resulted in us going from casual lookers to serious buyers. In the end we were able to negotiate a price that we felt was a tremendous value for getting the "exact" vehicle that we wanted. As a result of JR's kowledge and peresonal approach, this was a "painless" and enjoyable experience and I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend COlumbus Acura (and JR in particular)to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

I came in to have service on my old MDX and while there spoke to Dan about getting a new one. He was such a good salesman that I purchased a new MDX the same say. Dan was great to work with and he accompli spoke to Dan about getting a new one. He was such a good salesman that I purchased a new MDX the same say. Dan was great to work with and he accomplished well the dual goal of making the customer feel as though he got a great deal and getting a good profit for the dealership. His after the sale instruction was superb and it showed that he really enjoyed his work. I will say that Jason Byerly was fantastic; easy to talk to, helpful, very explanatory on all questions or concerns, and very organized and efficient through the whole process. He stayed late to assist me, was very quick with paperwork and even was very nice to give me a Montgomery Inn gift card that covered dinner. I had my girlfriend with me, and Jason was also very cordial and pleasant with her which I very much appreciated. Your dealership was also very reasonable with your initial trade-in offer, which was a very pleasant surprise and helped make the process very smooth and worry-free. More
