The 2013 TL I just purchased is my 3rd purchased from Acura Columbus. My experience working with AC goes back to 2001. I purchased my first Acura through a leasing company. The leasing company did not offer service and I picked AC form my service needs because of it's convenient location to my office. It was the service I received at that time that hooked me on AC and I've never looked back. I operate a service business and I know how customers should be treated and valued. At AC many associates know me by name and those that don't act like they want to. Everyone you talk with is up-beat and it's very apparent they like their jobs. JR Handcock was my salesperson on my new TL. I know there are many other fine salespeople at the dealership but my buying experience with JR was as good as it gets. When I buy my next Acura it will be from him. And, I'd be remiss if I didn't acknowledge AC's service department. When my service needs arise the only person I need to see is Barb Durst. On a scale of 1 to 10 my overall experience, 10! More

Jason and Acura Columbus were recommended by a co-worker that deals frequently with both. As a 'repeat' Acura customer with an expiring lease, I had been comparing prices via the internet. I found this dealership's prices to be the most competitive, and between the trade-in and final sale pric had been comparing prices via the internet. Accomodations at the dealership were excellent, from the big flat-panel TV where we could keep track of football games, to the IPads and coloring stations for the little ones. Our experience with Acura of Columbus was great. When we arrived on the lot, Adam acknowledged us but gave us the opportunity to look first. When it came time to negotiate, Adam was fair on price and after a few extras were included we drove off with our Acura 30 minutes later more than happy with our purchase. I cannot say enough about the knowledge of the vehicle, dealership and total positive experience we had with Dan assisting us in the purchase of our new MDX and also the sale of our 4-Runner. We had been looking at new vehicles for almost a year, and had narrowed it down to 2 vehicles, obviously the MDX being one of them. I can honestly say that had Dan not been our sales person, we may have seriously decided on the other vehicle.
