Our experience at Acura Columbus was wonderful! Brian was easy to work with and did everything he could to make us feel welcomed at the Dealership. The car I chose was perfect and I was able to get an awesome price!! The only downside is, after only having it for 5 days I hit a deer on my way home. I had been looking for a 2013 RDX for a week after my 2002 Accord had been totaled. I am very happy with my new Acura RDX. I traded in a 2007 Honda Odyssey van that I could have driven awhile longer. I came in knowing the car I wanted; but wanted to run the numbers on the trade of my 2007 Honda Odyssey van that I could have driven awhile longer. I came in knowing the car I wanted; but wanted to run the numbers on the trade of my vehicle. I had the Kelly Blue book rating for my van. I would have liked to have gotten more for my van; but in the end feel I got a fair price. (Another 500$ and I would have felt exstatic.) Although, not expecting to purchase a vehicle that day, I felt extrememly confortable with my salesperson, Adam. I felt like he was being honest and up front with me-- not like the stereotypical car salesman. On Saturday, I wasn't sure I was going to purchase the car that day-- but was certain that when I purchased that I wanted to give Adam my business. He was knowledgable, thorough and honest. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him in the future. I'm hoping my new Acura proves to be as good as a vehicle as the van I traded in! More
