He would answer our questions but was never pushy. He did not bombard us with emails and phone calls and let us make the decision on our own, which we greatly appreciated. We had a great experience in route to purchasing a 2011 Acura MDX. Brian Milliser was very patient with us while we looked at 6 or 7 different MDX's and RDX's trying to find the right colors and options o Acura MDX. I dealt with JR Hancock and he was not high pressure at all. They let me take the vehicle for a couple of hours by myself to make sure this was the car for me. Other dealerships don't allow you or don't all. They let me take the vehicle for a couple of hours by myself to make sure this was the car for me. Two days later, I had my beautiful new Acura sitting in my driveway, and I couldn't be happier with it. This is my fourth Acura RL I have bought. I bought the first one in 1997 I believe because I wanted the best front wheel drive car on the market. I believe I found it!! That car lasted 220,000 miles, my second RL 217,000, my third one(the baby) only 160,000 miles but I am keeping that one for Florida Condo. So that brings me to my purchase for the 4th RL(RLX). You would think with my history I am BFF with the Acura people but that is not the case. My experience has been Oil Changes, Brakes and not a whole lot more. These cars mechanically cannot be beat for reliability and low cost to own. The dealer experience was perfect.
