After 12 years and 202,00 miles on my RSX I was ready to let go and move on to a new car. JR Hancock worked with me to answer all of my questions and concerns and thoroughly understand-ed my needs. I had a price in mind and he was able to beat it down to my liking. He even helped me clean all the accumulated winter junk from my trade in and move it to my new car that I had not intended to drive home that day but I did with his help. Adam Cottrill went over all the options and explained all of the paperwork thoroughly. Jason Byerly and Gary Samu who are still there got me into my first Acura back in 2002. Always friendly and know me by name when I come into the dealership. The service department top notch and always make the pain of service needs as pleasant experience. I was reluctant to make any inquires over the internet site thinking I might be bombarded with email but had few and only inviting light return email from Jason and JR and I the automated Anita. Purchased the car on saturday, and after going through the inspection sheet with Andy seemed that everything was inspected and working, other then him not being able to say if timing belt was done. After detail and cleaning of the car by your staff after purchased I noticed body damage to the driver side rear quater panel and rust. NO mention of this on the car fax report. This damage was not there when I test drove the car, other matters that are now a concern are the SRS light is on and the horn does not work. If car was inspected correctly and signed off on, these items should of been fixed or noted. I will steer all I know away from your business. More

I visited Acura of Columbus seeking a late model used car. Andy Wetz graciously and professionally assisted me in my search. I happened to find the perfect car, a 2012 low mileage Honda Accord. When it came to negotiating the price and crediting my trade-in, all was accomplished swiftly and meeting my terms. When it came to financing, Joe Stuck went above and beyond the call of duty to seek out and acquire the best bank and lowest interest rate for me. He literally went to work on my behalf and procured a financing package far beyond my expectations. Kudos to Andy and Joe for giving me the best auto buying experience I've had to-date! More
