I have been looking at the MDX for several years and test drove it on multiple occasions, but decided to wait to see the 2014 model change. Every time I stopped at Acura, Steve was always friendly, respectful and took time to talk about the MDX even though I told him I wasn't ready to buy yet. When we were finally ready to make our purchase, Steve sealed the deal when he got us a good price for our trade-in and for the new vehicle as well. I contribute our positive, no pressure experience to Steve and thank him for his patience, his expertise and for his genuine concern that we find the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. I needed a new car but put it off for a number of months because I did not want to deal with a pushy sales staff and multiple follow up sales calls. My experience with Steve Ault could not have been better. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us the information we needed to compare with other dealers. There was no high pressure sales speech or the feeling of "making the wrong decision if you walk out the door". We took our time, test drove other vehicles and researched Consumer Reports. Acura was naturally at the top of the list so we continued to come back to Acura again and again until we were comfortable with our decision. Steve was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Columbus Acura. More

Questionable service - Check competitors prior to purchase I love the Acura brand. I was a loyal customer. I was planning my third lease in 6 years. I previously purchased from Acura Columbus and was given a n I love the Acura brand. I was a loyal customer. I was planning my third lease in 6 years. I previously purchased from Acura Columbus and was given a no hassle reasonable deal out of the gate. My sales agent had since left Acura Columbus. I emailed Acura requesting purchase and lease figures for a 2015 ILX and very nicely albeit resolutely explained I wanted the best deal offer out of the gate... I had no time to talk, no time to test drive, and didn't want to play games. I received an email from JR Hancock that didn't answer all my questions and had unreasonable numbers and responded such to the inquiry on my thoughts. Next thing I know, (note: I requested to use only email and didn't provide a phone number) he is inappropriately using a work number that was provided as part of a past service request and interrupting me during a work meeting. I was furious and to make matters worse instead of indicating sorry he was arguing with me on the phone refusing to send an email claiming it would make more sense via phone. When I indicated my refusal to accept a call at work even at a later time that day, he hung the phone without ending the call. I was talking to dead air. I e-mailed Tom Cole (sales manager) explaining my experience and requesting an alternate sales agent. No reply email. No apology. This is what ultimately made me post this review as it now was not isolated to one inappropriate individual. Brian Milliser (sales agent) was eventually assigned and was very respectful and responded to many of my inquiries. I would recommend you use Brian if use chose to work with Acura Columbus. Ultimately the price Acura Columbus was offering for a 2014 ILX was worse than the price I secured for a 2015 ILX. I slightly changed a few of the aforementioned comments as almost immediately on posting this review I was contacted by the operations manager. I believe I received a genuine apology followed by a sincere effort to investigate internally. I also received an apology from Tom Cole as the result of the operations manager investigating. Although it's too late to change my purchasing decision in this instance, given the action steps that appear to have been taken, I would give Acura Columbus a second chance in the future and my ratings reflect my experience specifically with Mr. Hancock. More

After my second experience when I purchased a rl 6 years ago I said I would never be back.while looking to purchase a used vehicle for a teen I drove past a 03 tl after getting coffee at Tim hortons which is next door. I decided to stop in and was met outside by a nice no pressure salesman Ian he even gave me a no pressure follow up call. I ended up getting my son he's first car so thanks Ian. The only complaint I have is during the paper work with the finance manager I asked was the car filled with gas and he responded we might put a couple gallons in it which almost made me walk out. Thanks to Ian he already took care of the gas. More

Outstanding Staff and a A+++ Purchase Experience I purchased a new Acura ILX over the weekend and can not say enough about how wonderful the buying experience was at Acura Columbus. My sales consultant was Brian Milliser and I cannot thank him enough for making the buying experience truly an enjoyable one. There was no high pressure sales, no calling everyday asking if I had decided yet. Buying a new car typically is very stressful because the sales reps hassle you to death BUT that is NOT the case at Acura Columbus, their customer focused approach is noninvasive and not annoying at all. From the stress free showroom and dealer lot to the credit experience with Adam Cottrill they have found a way to eliminate the typical buying stress and turn it into an enjoyable one. I can't thank Brian enough for all the extreme detail throughout the buying process. Adam Cottrill did an outstanding job with the credit process and explained all of the options available very well. Acura Columbus and the entire staff make you feel like a part of the Acura family. If you are looking for a reliable, well built car manufacture in addition to a dealership that goes above and beyond your expectations look no further than Acura Columbus you will not be disappointed.
