Ian, met us outside and was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately the particular car we came to look at just sold so Ian took the time to show us other comparable cars on the lot. My fiance found the car she liked as well as I. We decided to try and purchase both CPO TSX's from Ian, who again was very professional. We went home to think about it overnight and offered Ian a deal over the phone on Sunday for my fiance's car and the deal was accepted. We arrived at the dealership Sunday afternoon for her to sign and pick up her car as well as to get my car appraised for trade in on the CPO TSX I was considering. Things were going great until we ran out of time, the dealership was closing and I had to leave to pick up my daughter. We were nearly in agreement over a deal and as Monday came I hadn't heard back from anyone at the dealership. I texted Ian to make the offer on the car with my trade and hadn't heard back from him. Please note that I was unaware that Ian was off that day due to personal reasons until he got back to me later in the evening acknowledging my offer. I called in to the dealership to discuss Monday night and it felt like the deal I was working on with Ian was not meant to be. I was made to feel that since a sale was made for my fiance that maybe my deal wasn't nearly as important anymore. We were attempting to buy virtually identical TSX's, the color and mileage being the only differences. The car I was attempting to purchase had more mileage and I was simply trying to make an offer similar to what my fiance got her car for. Same year, same options. Sadly I was left with the feeling that there was no interest in dealing with me at all and that the only concern was what the dealership had invested in the car and that there was little to no interest in working a deal with me. In any case we were perfectly prepared to purchase two CPO TSX's from the dealership but in the end it feels like my purchase did not seem to matter as much as the investment the dealer has in the car. Our experience began wonderfully with Ian and we would recommend him to anyone as he should be commended for his job and recognized for his service. Sadly with Ian absent I wasn't getting the same service or attention. I can only recommend this dealer based on the experience of people like Ian on staff. More

I got interested in this vehicle after lot of research, Carfax, calling Lexus, calling service centers, etc. and started some price negotiations with the senior sales person at this dealership. After couple of days of going to and fro over the phone, I was surprised when he eventually came back to me after talking with his manager with a price that was even higher than their publicly published price on their own website, autotrader.com, cars.com and other websites. He said that their published price was a mistake. I don't know whether this is 'bait and switch', some kind of car dealers strategy or a mistake but I did not expect this from an Acura dealership. I lost all my confidence at this dealership and am really unhappy about wasting so much at this dealership. Buyers beware. More

If you don't believe what I am saying, it's Ok. Try it both sides yourself. Todd at Acura Columbus is a great guy. I never see this person. I only hear his voice over the phone. During the three day service process, he called me once each day to keep me updated. I actually felt a little sorry because I was too busy to return his call. His voice sounds like he is a friend. He called me Mr. XX though it should be Dr. XX :) I also appreciate the lovely lady being nice and professional to me when I first gave my car. Also, the lady at the reception desk is very professional, patient and detail-oriented. She took down literally 'every word' I told her about the problems of my car because I have been a little paranoid given my prior experience at Lindsay Acura Columbus (sorry). I know (NOT Lindsay) Acura Columbus care me and their business. And this is all I care from a dealership. Although they only have 33 reviews on Google at present, I am willing to add the 34th one at my will. No one from (NOT Lindsay) Acura Columbus ever asked me to write a review (in comparison Lindsay Acura harassed me three times a day, maybe four, to write a Google review). Less is more. Truth is truth. I also would like to thank people from Acura Client Relations: Jeff, the regional manager governing the Ohio area, a lady from the headquarter named Shianne, and one other lady and one other gentleman who are willing to listen to my concerns. They are all helpful. Because of them, I haven't lost hope in Acura. I want to give my 2015 RDX AWD a second try. As a first time customer, I highly recommend Acura Columbus to everyone who wants to purchase an Acura. I would say it is worthwhile to pay even a little more to buy it from a good dealer even if their offer is not the best deal. They will give you the best car and offer you the best service as I have received. There is some room for improvement but overall (NOT Lindsay) Acura Columbus is way better than Lindsay Acura at least given my last experience. (NOT Lindsay) Acura Columbus treat me like a customer if not a friend. If you like to be treated like an animal (you fill the kind), go to the other one in town (maybe they will treat you like a King; who knows. ). Sorry I am a little rude because those people are rude to me first. If you like your money to be taken and you to be bullied and kicked out right after, go to the other dealer (YES Lindsay Acura). He (i.e. the so-called manager in light green shirt whose name I still don't know but the face I will never forget) will give you no surprise. More
Best car buying experience EVER! We have purchased 5 Acura's from the "other" dealer across town, until this past Friday. After leaving Lindsay we drove over to Acura Columbus and me We have purchased 5 Acura's from the "other" dealer across town, until this past Friday. After leaving Lindsay we drove over to Acura Columbus and met Brian, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Acura products. We told him exactly what we were looking and he delivered. Brian was great to work with and was not pushy at all. Joe Stuck got us a great interest rate on the new car and we are LOVING our new MDX. When it comes time to trade the TL for a TLX, I guarantee we will be back to see Brian. Could not ask for a better buying experience. Thanks again. More
