It was flawless I was met at the valet with a helpful individual who explained what I would need to provide in order to get the loaner car. She gave me the details for the estimate and stated that if it was possible to repair the rotors instead of replacing them that's what would happen. Low and behold it was in fact what occurred. They managed to not only receive our old vehicle(towed in around noon) and verify the transmission had failed/needed replacement, but also had worked our financing(with our trade-in) and had everything ready to go by that afternoon.
