Very glad to read that Zack was able to help. Please know that we are all hear for you any time you want. That is how business should be done if you want to be successful! No-haggle is fantastic. We can do it on new cars and we are getting close on used cars. The back and forth is tired and old. Wouldn't it be great to get everyone (dealers and customers) on the same page and just say all deals are no-haggle from now on!? As it is, customers assume that haggling is necessary and even when we put a no-haggle price out on a used car, the customer has a hard time believing that it is a no-haggle price! I get it. I predict that no-haggle will become more commonplace and we will be on the forefront.
