They stayed an hour after closing to get everything done and worked as quickly as they could without me feeling rushed at all. Mike Shay was great to work with and able to answer any questions I had. Quite the delay When I brought my car in, Jim was very helpful and road along with me to hear the noise I was hearing while driving. He did a great job by giving me his card and allowing me to call his direct line. Area for improvement: my part was not in so they had to order a serpentine belt and oil pan. The service was scheduled on Friday, they said they may be able to get it in Saturday (they did not), but were confident it would be done Monday. Instead, I called in the middle of the afternoon Monday to find out that the person who was going to do the service had not shown up that day. This meant that I did not have my car Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. To attempt to make this better, they let me have a rental car Monday. This still meant having to drive up in rush hour traffic 3 separate days to get my car back. More

Patient and knowledgeable Met with Adam Hannah on a Saturday to test drive both an RDX and an MDX and he quickly arranged for both. He was very knowledgeable about both cars an Met with Adam Hannah on a Saturday to test drive both an RDX and an MDX and he quickly arranged for both. He was very knowledgeable about both cars and answered all my questions, which were many, especially about the navigation system, since I use that a lot. He was very personable and easy to work with. Came back 3 days later to test drive the exact model I wanted, an MDX with the technology package, and he was able to make a deal for me that worked out perfect for everyone. He also brought in Matt Haas, the technical specialist, to go over some of the finer points of the navigation system. They spent 3 hours with me just to make sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the car from the Dynamic Driving Modes to the iPhone Bluetooth connection. He followed up twice after the sale to make sure everything was working well. Kyle Duncan, the credit person, was friendly, efficient and did a excellent job going over the lease terms. Everyone else at the dealership was very professional and friendly and I even got a free candy bar at the service desk! I would highly recommend both Adam and Acura Columbus. More
