Adam was very responsive over the next several months, until we finally found what we were looking for. He focused on what we were saying, never tried to push us into a car that he knew wasn't right, and was diligent in his follow up. Service technician on autopilot?? Took 2015 RDX in for service over the weekend for routine maintenance. After the service, all of the boxes on my report were checked as "good". Go Took 2015 RDX in for service over the weekend for routine maintenance. After the service, all of the boxes on my report were checked as "good". Got home and found that my coolant reservoir was EMPTY and tire pressures exceeded recommended levels. One has to wonder what other item(s) was checked as "good" but not really checked. Not good to have to follow the service technician to make sure that he/she pays the necessary attention to detail. I expect more from Acura. More

I ended up loving the MDX. Negotiations were good, I like playing the game, and I walked away happy with my price. While I was thrilled with the condition of my vehicle, there were some used vehicles in stock that did not meet my standards as "ready for sale." To their credit, I had voiced that opinion, and they changed detailers for my vehicle and it looked like a new car, which is my expectation when buying from a good dealership. I thought I had a service issue shortly after purchasing, I did not, but they stepped up and client service level was excellent. More
