†Positive, Straight-Forward, Pleasant Transaction My search for a new vehicle started six weeks prior to my purchase two weeks ago. The search started with the popular, current internet based searche My search for a new vehicle started six weeks prior to my purchase two weeks ago. The search started with the popular, current internet based searches to include TrueCar, Carvana, KBB, Edmunds, etc. I started looking for a particular vehicle and gathered all available comparisions. I test drove numerous vehicles. The search parameters returned a hit on a used vehicle at Acura Columbus. I reached out to them and received a response from Adam Hannah within minutes of my inquiry. I set an appointment to view the vehicle but had to cancel due to work commitments. Adam was professionally helpful and not the least bit pushy in identifying a new time to visit. I had to cancel again. Adam was again professional including offering to bring the car to me. On a Saturday I advised Adam my wife and I would be in and told him I had limited time. Adam had the target car and another car ready for my inspection by pulling them both to the front of the lot, started and air conditioning on. My wife and I entered the backseat (not for what you may think) to check the legroom for our teenage boys. Sometimes three teens have to sit in back if we dont take the SUV so we asked Adam to serve as our third teenage sit-in. We test drove. We liked. We left seeking to compare one additional car. We called Adam back, largely because we liked the vehicle, but nearly as much because we liked Adam's professional, straight-forward, pleasant approach. Adam's accomodating manner to listen to our search parameters, assist, not be pushy, and to concentrate on our desires, lead us to telephone him, agree to a price and turn around before we looked at other vehicle. Financing was an option presented. Kyle Duncan was superb in explaining the terms and we selected a financing option that gave us a better transaction experience yet still pay off vehicle by end of calendar year. I highly recommend working with Adam Hannah. There were several others at the dealership who were equally pleasant such as the detail men who prepped the car for final delivery (I forget their names but was impressed by how efficient and caring they worked). I would seek the best deal and permit Acuara Columbus to make a reasonable offer. More
