Normal service, plus a TSB I took my TLX in for normal service, and asked for a shuttle to work. When they realized that there was a TSB, they proactively set up a courtesy car I took my TLX in for normal service, and asked for a shuttle to work. When they realized that there was a TSB, they proactively set up a courtesy car for me. They ensured the parts were available, performed the service, and had me back in my car the same day. Dwayne was very helpful and patient answering my questions and probing to understand what I was looking for. He was then able to match some vehicles in the used inventory that met my needs. One of them was a perfect match and I bought it after being able to take my time and test drive it. Ian Quick worked with me on the paperwork and did a great job in putting together an extended warrantee program that met my needs. I normally don't purchase add ons like that, however Ian did a great job explaining the program and how it would ease my concerns purchasing a used vehicle. More
