Friendly and Customer Focused Was looking for a used RDX and had visited a local competitor. After attempting to negotiate with the competitor I found a similar vehicle at Acura C Was looking for a used RDX and had visited a local competitor. After attempting to negotiate with the competitor I found a similar vehicle at Acura Columbus and made the drive during my lunch hour. After our short and pleasant negotiations we agreed on the price of the vehicle. The process to prep the car for me was completed while I went through the finance process. I found Bill Green(Sales) to be personable and not pushy at all and the Kyle Duncan(finance) was also very easy to deal with. After a couple days of driving the vehicle I started to notice a noise from the rear driver side of the vehicle. (things you don't necessarily notice on your test drive) I called Bill Green who put in in touch with Jim Cruikshank (Service) and we scheduled my service. I had not purchased an extended warranty so I was concerned as to how much it was cost. Chris Diglia (Service) was able to have the problem resolved at no cost to me. I appreciate a dealership that stands behind their vehicles even when they had no obligation to do so. I would recommend this dealership for Sales and Service. The team was extremely helpful and made my car buying experience as enjoyable as car buying can be. More

Acura Columbus in the nick of time! I had my 2009 TSX totaled, I needed a car soon at my price and budget. Nobody in Columbus had nothing I was looking for, I’ve been in an Acura since I had my 2009 TSX totaled, I needed a car soon at my price and budget. Nobody in Columbus had nothing I was looking for, I’ve been in an Acura since 1994 and wanted nothing else. After looking online I found on3 just like mines, went to see it, liked it and almost bought it. Steve Ault was the sales person. I had so many questions and wasn’t fully confident in this particular. He called the previous owner, had the car cleaned up, you name it he did it and after all that, I wouldn’t but it. Steve was very understanding of my concerns and said, “okay”. I told him if, this other car was to come back up for sale to call me. He did, and went out of his way to get it ready for me to take to another dealer to check it out for me. I bought it! Steve Ault was a solid salesman, no stories, gimmicks, and I felt respected as a woman buying a used car alone. I highly recommend Steve and Acura Columbus to anyone woman searching alone! I brought my own Mobil 1, 0W20 synthetic oil in and Jim wrote up the order to use owner suppli On 1 Dec 2017 I had my 2014 MDX in for a B123 service. I brought my own Mobil 1, 0W20 synthetic oil in and Jim wrote up the order to use owner supplied oil. Upon checkout however, Todd told me due to miscommunication the techs in shop did not use my oil, but instead used their normal oil. Since the first oil change, my MDX has had nothing but Mobil 1 used into and I was extremely disappointed to hear my request to use my supplied oil was not followed. More

Excellent customer service I came in for a recall. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to the service department.
