Lack of Communication! On 1 Dec 2017 I had my 2014 MDX in for a B123 service. Upon checkout however, Todd told me due to miscommunication the techs in shop did not use my oil, but instead used their normal oil. Since the first oil change, my MDX has had nothing but Mobil 1 used into and I was extremely disappointed to hear my request to use my supplied oil was not followed. More
