Experience at Acura Columbus This is our fourth car leased from Acura at this location (me three cars - two TL's and one RDX and my husband one - TSX) and the third time with the This is our fourth car leased from Acura at this location (me three cars - two TL's and one RDX and my husband one - TSX) and the third time with the same Salesman - Ray Welch. I am comfortable with Acura's and tend to gravitate to this location. It's close in proximity to where we live. We feel a certain loyalty to Ray since he sold us his first car when joining the dealership. Ray does a nice job and we're happy for his success. I wasn't truly planning to lease the vehicle the day I came to look but Ray took his time and we didn't feel rushed into the decision. He was smart in suggesting I drive the RDX so that I could make a choice about whether to get an SUV. First time working with Kyle - he was friendly, answered questions and reviewed all the key documents with me. He even helped out when Ray wasn't present to ensure we were taken care of and assisted us when we came to look at the vehicles unannounced.
