Good thing I did say something to Joyce... she checked with Todd and it turns out my services WERE covered and I wasn't meant to pay a dime. It might have been an honest mistake, but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way that I was going to pay for something that I wasn't meant to. More

When we came back several months later, of course it was gone. Thanks to the awesome help from Steve Ault, who had sold me my last Acura, he was able to locate one and have it brought to Columbus.! We love our Acura’s! Steve went above and beyond to make this happen. The service is wonderful! The paper work and leasing paper work was done with Kyle Duncan. He was knowledgeable, very pleasant and quick, just adding to the perfect experience! More
