Good thing I did say something to Joyce... she checked with Todd and it turns out my services WERE covered and I wasn't meant to pay a dime. It might have been an honest mistake, but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way that I was going to pay for something that I wasn't meant to. More

Turned my frown upside down! December 8th, on Cleveland Avenue, headed to work via the 270W/I-71N ramp, I was rear-ended while stopped, forced into the stopped car in front of me December 8th, on Cleveland Avenue, headed to work via the 270W/I-71N ramp, I was rear-ended while stopped, forced into the stopped car in front of me, resulting in the destruction of my Ebony - 1998 Lexus LS 400. I had her for 10 years, following the destruction of Pearl - 1996 Lexus LS 400, when I encountered a deer on I-71S near Gemini! Ebony had a lot of life in her, and I was very sad to see her go. Obviously, I thank God, the accident was not worst. I wanted to stay with the Lexus brand, however, thought I would take advantage of the situation and increase the passenger seats in a reliable, good looking, safe used car to enjoy all my Grandbabies together. I did my research. Acura Columbus was my first of three planned stopped. And, I never made it to stop two or three! The vehicle was all it was presented to be on the website. Adam Hannah was accommodating, welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, sympathetic and worked with me and his management team to close my deal. My son and I appreciated the patience as I was also dealing with a concussion. Kyle was attentive, patient, and efficient. Thank you both for turning my frown upside down! It will be a little bit before I can manage all the Grandbabies again, please know there will be six smiling faces when Grammy pulls up in Bell, her Silver Pilot (Jingle Bell/Christmas time)! Also called, had to rescheduled appointment, came in for service, was not on the list for the rescheduled day. Very thankful for Clayton Prescott for working me in the schedule for that day.
