Service people are friendly but prices are high We went in for a normal service, oil and filter with lube and tire rotation. It would have included the air filter and cabin air filter for another 1 We went in for a normal service, oil and filter with lube and tire rotation. It would have included the air filter and cabin air filter for another 120 but I bought those myself for about $40 and installed them myself. The service we got was $289 which in my mind is a lot of dinero for an oil change and tire rotation. When we went to pay the card scanner locked up and we waited 20 minutes for them to figure out how to take our money, they did have an alternate way to enter our credit card but it took a while to figure that out. In summary, it was a frustrating experience for a routine service visit. More
