From the time I checked in and out they were very aware of my time and needs while I waited. I didn’t catch everyone’s name but I do remember Zach. There was even a tire pressure problem when I was leaving and they were prompt in resolving that also. Good job guys! More

Unscheduled service I noticed a problem with my TLX after the last service. The was a whining sound that appeared around 40 mph. I suspected it was tire noise since the t I noticed a problem with my TLX after the last service. The was a whining sound that appeared around 40 mph. I suspected it was tire noise since the tires had been rotated at the B1 service. Several weeks later I requested a service check. No problem service was scheduled for the next day. A technician drove the car and had all bearings checked all was good. Confirmed it was tire noise and put my mind at ease. More
