Service partially done. I was able to get same day service and get a bad battery replaced under warranty in a timely manner. But after arriving home I found the battery hadn I was able to get same day service and get a bad battery replaced under warranty in a timely manner. But after arriving home I found the battery hadn’t been fastened down. It only took a couple of minutes to fix but could have caused some bigger issues. Over all a pretty good experience. More

Great purchasing experience, as usual This is 4th Acura vehicle purchase and my 3rd from this dealership. My past 2 purchases I've dealt with Ray Welch and it's been a great experience. Ra This is 4th Acura vehicle purchase and my 3rd from this dealership. My past 2 purchases I've dealt with Ray Welch and it's been a great experience. Ray does a great job aligning his sales style with what the individual customer needs...in our case, we're very casual and Ray felt like we were dealing more with a friend than a salesman. That goes a long way in making the customer experience that much more pleasant and bringing us back for future vehicles. The idea that buying a car needs to be stressful and unpleasant isn't something that Ray or Acura Columbus seems interested in subscribing to. I'm sure we'll be back for our 5th Acura from Ray and Acura Columbus soon. More
