What is also more important is that every person that I have come into contact with at the dealership were very courteous and pleasant. I was in the market for an SUV so I naturally wanted another Acura and preferably from Acura Columbus. Friendly, efficient service From the time I was greeted at the pull-up location for service, I was made to feel that I and my time were valued. I was provided a courtesy car sin From the time I was greeted at the pull-up location for service, I was made to feel that I and my time were valued. I was provided a courtesy car since the major service I had scheduled to have done was a lengthy one. I have a 2010 RDX with a little over 100,000 miles on it. It was time to replace the timing belt and water pump as well as flush and replace the coolant. Zach checked me in and had the courtesy car ready and waiting for me in a matter of minutes. Service was projected to take about 6 hours. In less than 4 hours the service was complete and I was able to return the courtesy car, pick up mine (which had been washed, thank you!), and be on my way without having to deal with rush hour traffic. When leaving, Todd Skidmore assured me that my car was good to go for a long time! More
