Able to take care of many issues with ease. I work 60+ hours a week and I had put off getting my Acura's scheduled maintenance because my work schedule means I would need a loaner car or take ti I work 60+ hours a week and I had put off getting my Acura's scheduled maintenance because my work schedule means I would need a loaner car or take time off of work or depend on others for rides, The service department was able to work around my schedule and get my car taken car of in less than 4 business days of my initial call. Excellent Experience I found the used Honda Accord EX-L I was looking for online at Acura Columbus. I emailed the Dealership and conversed online several times with Matthew Swartzmiller, their Internet Sales Manager. He was very kind and answered my numerous questions in a timely manner. When my husband and I were ready to make an appointment, Matthew had Adam schedule with us. Adam was just as nice as Matthew and we appreciated his work on our behalf to negotiate a purchase price we could all agree on. The whole purchase procedure went very smoothly and quickly and everyone we dealt with made us feel like they truly appreciated our business. We were contacted by both Matthew and Adam in the days following our purchase to thank us for purchasing from Acura Columbus and to let us know they were available if we had any additional questions or concerns. Will not honor their word I purchased the vehicle a few weeks ago and was super pleased with the service and the way that they handled some of the cosmetic defects at the time. I purchased the vehicle a few weeks ago and was super pleased with the service and the way that they handled some of the cosmetic defects at the time. However they schedule an appointment for me to get these defects fixed. I stated that I would be out of town and would have to drop off the car off a few days early and I would need a loaner vehicle. They at that time agreed to give me a loaner vehicle but then when I arrive they denied the loaner vehicle and Mark stated he won’t give me a loaner for that time. Very unhappy with their service after the purchase of the vehicle. More
