Good service but adviser needs training My car received excellent service work but the adviser was a real jerk. He was condescending and wouldn’t admit he made a mistake when he came to me t My car received excellent service work but the adviser was a real jerk. He was condescending and wouldn’t admit he made a mistake when he came to me to see if I forgot to leave my keys in the car. He asked me to check to see if I had my keys. I told him I was sure left them in the car with the car. His attitude was I must have keys when in fact, they’d were in their possession but not tagged. I was considering purchasing a new SUV but I did not like how I was treated and do not feel my business is valued and would be reluctant to bring my car in for service. More

I would highly recommend Mike Shay, as he has been with Acura for 22 years, and his knowledge of the cars is top notch. So, my advice to you is to trade in that boring car in and get an ACURA!! More
Good experience with purchase of 2019 RDX Mike Shay was attentive to my purchasing a new 2019 RDX. This model had just come out and I had to get on a "list" in the production line. When the car arrived, Mike took care of all the details, including picking myself and my husband up at our home and driving us to the dealership (I had recent surgery which prevented me from driving a car for a short time, and we did not want to leave a car at the dealership). Haven't had the car even one day yet but the ride home from the dealer was great! More
