First time buyer with Acura Columbus After reviewing a number of cars "online" I was able to schedule my test drive within 30-minutes of my online inquiry. Once at the dealership, Dwayne After reviewing a number of cars "online" I was able to schedule my test drive within 30-minutes of my online inquiry. Once at the dealership, Dwayne had a few options that I requested for us to take a look at which was very easy/comforting. Throughout the process, Dwayne was extremely professional and listened to our needs...which is a true blessing these days. Ian in finance did a great job of explaining everything on his end. My overall experience was truly outstanding and there's no doubt that we will be returning and referring our family & friends. So in short, I started looking online, contacted the dealership in the morning for a test drive, and just after lunch I drove away with the car we wanted...no hassle and that's because of the teamwork both Dwayne and Ian showed. Service people are friendly but prices are high We went in for a normal service, oil and filter with lube and tire rotation. It would have included the air filter and cabin air filter for another 1 We went in for a normal service, oil and filter with lube and tire rotation. It would have included the air filter and cabin air filter for another 120 but I bought those myself for about $40 and installed them myself. The service we got was $289 which in my mind is a lot of dinero for an oil change and tire rotation. When we went to pay the card scanner locked up and we waited 20 minutes for them to figure out how to take our money, they did have an alternate way to enter our credit card but it took a while to figure that out. In summary, it was a frustrating experience for a routine service visit. More

Instead of letting Acura Columbus took care of our vehicle and had the best interests in mind for us/their customer when a significant repair came up. Instead of letting the warranty company choose a direction which may not have been the best route for us or the car, Acura stepped in and made sure right thing was done. The Service department (Jami M) was knowledgeable and fought for us. More
