The fact that Adam heard me and used that information to help me get the car I wanted was a HUGE deal for me. I came in expecting to test drive a vehicle and compare it to others I was interested in at other dealerships. Adam was friendly, allowed me to test drive the car, listened to my needs, and surprised me by being so willing to work with me on the sale price. I especially appreciated that Adam worked so well and so quickly with me, as most other dealerships I go to ask me about my husband’s thoughts on my purchase. I am not married. Finally, Adam’s and Ray’s willingness to work with me on how I wanted to purchase my car was another wonderful surprise.
