Will not honor their word I purchased the vehicle a few weeks ago and was super pleased with the service and the way that they handled some of the cosmetic defects at the time. However they schedule an appointment for me to get these defects fixed. I stated that I would be out of town and would have to drop off the car off a few days early and I would need a loaner vehicle. They at that time agreed to give me a loaner vehicle but then when I arrive they denied the loaner vehicle and Mark stated he won’t give me a loaner for that time. Very unhappy with their service after the purchase of the vehicle. More
