Excellent service with a smile Driving into service I was pleasantly greated by a kind man who helped me out of the car, walked me into the service welcome station, and introduced m Driving into service I was pleasantly greated by a kind man who helped me out of the car, walked me into the service welcome station, and introduced me to my service advisor Todd Skidmore where the great service continued. Todd Skidmore talked with me about my needs for my car, he looked up my past visits, and discussed what Acura recommended for my vehicle. Todd Skidmore gave me an estimeated time when the vechile would be completed. Todd was wonderful and gave me a loaner vechicle, this was a blessing! When I returned to pick up my vechile Todd did an amazing job explaining the service that had been done and what future items to keep in mind for my next visit. I am greatful for the excellent service, knowledge, and attention to detail provided by all the Acura service staff. More
