Sorry Sarah! Measuring tire depth is not an exact science, but looking at the reports it shows that two different technicians disagreed on their assessments of your tires from just 1/32 to 2/32 worth of tread depth. Definitely something for you to keep an eye on and to remain safe. It is a safety item and we want to feel confident that you or anyone else is not in danger. I am always available 24/7 at 763-2101 or johnconnelly@acuracolumbus.com if you ever need anything or feel that you are not being treated correctly. Usually takes me a minute to help fix any problems our customers may have faced. As for the recalls, our Dealer Management Software from DealerTrack was experiencing software issues on the first day you visited and the recalls were not flagged. I apologize for the inconvenience.
