In for Recall fixes Had to come in for recalls. Was in the week prior and they didn't even mention I had two recalls on my vehicle. Had to come back the following week. Had to come in for recalls. Was told a week ago when I came in that my tires were legally bald and needed to be immediately replaced. When I came in this week and got my point inspection, they were no longer legally bald and just needed to be watched. Interesting. Not very satisfied with this dealership. More

After discussing with service rep decided to get a new tire as safest option for wife's car. Shortly after completed the replacement and I was on my way to do other errands. So quick, I did not have time to omelette all the work i had brought with me. More

Safety Recall Received my fuel pump safety recall notice and contacted Acura Columbus to schedule the service. At that time, I was informed there was a second reca Received my fuel pump safety recall notice and contacted Acura Columbus to schedule the service. At that time, I was informed there was a second recall notice of which I had not yet been notified regarding possible moisture condensation in the rear tail lights. When I dropped my 2017 MDX off, I also informed the intake person there was an elusive periodic rattle somewhere around the passenger rear door. The Quality Assurance Tech (Eric) and I took the vehicle out for a drive. As luck would have it, the rattle was elusive. However, the safety recall work was performed efficiently and in a timely fashion. I was also provided with a loaner vehicle for the day. Columbus Acura's level of service is second to none. I highly recommend this dealership. More
Car is a Dream I was at the time of purchase and now (six weeks out) very pleased with both the product and the service at Acura Columbus. The car is wonderful - sporty, comfortable, and programmable to my own preferences. The sophisticated tech package is robust but easy to master. Acura Columbus also provided a followup session one month after purchase to help us better understand all the car's bells and whistles. Dwayne was our original salesman and ran the followup training session too. He has an excellent understanding of the vehicle and did a great job in explaining all of the extras that the car has. I could not be happier with my new RDX. More

Otherwise, I have had trouble with service provided/care of my care several times in the past. Unfortunately I had problems again with the service provided. This time I had a B123 service and asked 3 different times (when making the appointment, when dropping off the vehicle, and when picking up my car) about changing my windshield wipers (simple little part of the service) and was told EVERY time (including when my car was returned to me) that new wipers are part of B123 and it would be/was done. I proceeded to my car only to find that my worn out wipers were NOT changed. I wonder what else of the $700 service charge that day was not done? Another unhappy visit with Acura Columbus Service Dept. This is a REAL ONGOING problem. More
