My buddy and I were just cruising the dealership lot after lunch checking out some of the new design language Acura is using on its vehicles and decided "just to see what my trade is worth" Minutes la after lunch checking out some of the new design language Acura is using on its vehicles and decided "just to see what my trade is worth" Minutes later, I received a call from the dealership and they invited me in. Initially, i was hesitant to do much of anything trade wise, as I already had a 2021 vehicle and thought it would be hard to trade out of. Francesco greeted us and without hesitation was doing what he could to Francesco offered up several vehicles to test drive that I had expressed interest in. Long story short, I rolled out several hours later in a 2021 RDX A-SPEC SH-AWD. The vehicle is fun. It has personality. A few notes about the dealership personnel... They were all helpful. They were all friendly and I did not feel any pressure to purchase from them. The dealer was also fair on a trade ( Especially since I was already driving a 2021 model year). I've purchased Acura's in the past from another Columbus, OH dealer and there is absolutely no reason to go back to them. Acura Columbus will be my go to dealership and the one I recommend to family and friends interested in an Acura product. Thanks to everyone who made that a great buying experience. More
I called first thing Monday AM. Had my vehicle at the dealer by 10 AM and picked it up at 2:30. I asked for a discount to service my front brakes and was very happy with my price and results. My husband and I stopped in to Acura Columbus to test drive the new TLX. We met Antonio and after a great overview on the new design and features, we were able to take a test drive and really enjoyed dri drive the new TLX. We met Antonio and after a great overview on the new design and features, we were able to take a test drive and really enjoyed driving the car. Antonio fully accepted that we were still in the research phase and there was no pressure to sit down and discuss anything beyond which car we would really love. However after a few days of contemplating, we came to the realization that we needed to stay with a small SUV and Antonio started working to find the right 2021 RDX for us. Antonio and the team were able to find the exact trim package and color we were looking for, even though it was not on the lot. I had the exact car I wanted within 24 hours and the process was quick and easy. The team did as much work as possible around my schedule so I was never sitting in a dealership for hours. The lease I had on my Acura was getting close to the end. My husband suggested we stop in at the dealership and look around. Right away we were approached by a very nice gentleman named Francesco. We talked about different models and the amount we would pay each month to lease. My husband of course likes the best deal available and Francesca did his best to give us a good deal. Francesca really jumped through hoops to appease us and I thought my husband was expecting too much from him. I ended up getting the RDX and love it. Francesca even came out to our house to hook the garage door opener up to the car. He treats his customers like family. We will buy from him again! If you're in the market, ask for Francesca, you won't be disappointed! More

I had a very good experience with Matthew (very new sales associate). You should stop in and give him a chance to help you out. The dealership was very good at working with me matching any other offer while allowing me my choice of finance which another dealership in Columbus told me was not an option. After I purchased the car the other dealership called and said that I could have used my financing and they were keeping that to leverage later. If you are like me you want the best price upfront without having to haggle give these guys a try. More
