I think I speak for most people when I say “no one wants to be sold on something.” Most of us are looking for a consultant that can help us understand what is the right buying decision for our individual situation. While the car we looked at didn’t meet our needs, Steve did a great job articulating our options while staying transparent with his goal to sell a vehicle. Honesty during the selling process is a lost craft that Steve has figured out how to hold on onto. As a person in the service industry, when a deal is loss, we always say, “they will be back.” People don’t forget where they were treated well, hence they come back! Kudos to you, Steve! More

He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. What stood out most was the lack of any upselling or pressure tactics. Matt stuck to what we discussed over the phone and ensured that the entire process was transparent and efficient. It’s rare to find a salesperson who genuinely prioritizes the customer’s needs over pushing additional services or upgrades. The financial process, handled by Sam, was equally impressive. Typically, this part of car buying can be tedious and overwhelming, but Sam made it remarkably easy.
