It was either this Prius or another Prius in another county I found on CarFax. When I got there, Everything was pleasant there with Ray, Took it on a spin and it was Sold. ....The next day, I took the Prius to a official Toyota Dealership, Just to see if Accurate overlooked something and guess what? The check was clear. I'm very content with Accurate. More

And the salesperson may try to rush you by saying that someone else is coming to look at the same car you are, but don't let that stop you from inspecting it. As a twenty-two-year-old clueless female, I trusted the salesman when he said the car was worked on and perfect. Nope. It sure was not! I had an inspection done on the 2007 Honda Element that I just purchased here several days ago and the mechanic found roughly $2000 worth of repairs needed. Even simple maintenance wasn't done-- power steering fluid was dark and cloudy, brake fluid was dark and contaminated with sediment, spark plugs hadn't been changed once in 95000 miles, windshield wipers were bad, lights inside didn't work, there was still spray on the windows from when someone re-painted the door after a crash (which they never told me about). There were also problems such as the strainer leaking oil, VTEC solenoid seal/gasket leaking, damage from a collision, rust, etc. When I took the 2007 Honda Element with 95000 miles back (I needed a bigger vehicle for my mastiff-mix dogs) and asked to get back the 2016 Mazda with 60,000 miles in excellent condition that I had traded in, they refused. They then told me to leave their business or they'd call the cops. The owner even said that I was stupid for trading in a new low mileage car for an old high mileage lemon car, but too bad, I had already signed the purchase as-is agreement. Also, if you want a warranty on your car it costs roughly $2000 for 12 months. So literally THEY STOLE my beautiful 2016 mazda and left me with an old, high-mileage lemon car (that the salesman had assured me had been worked on by mechanics). I still haven't even given them the title to the mazda. It's sitting in front of their business with my "Minnesota Nice" bumper sticker on it in the same spot where I parked it. When I called the cops on them, they then claimed they have done thousands of dollars in repairs on my mazda and I'd have to pay for the fixes if I wanted to get it back (which is a lie, I had it totally inspected before trading it in and did all routine maintenance religiously). Also, be aware they pressure every customer to write five star reviews before they even leave the lot with their new car, in exchange for a few "freebies." So all these reviews are biased. DO YOU RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY A CAR HERE. DO NOT SIGN ANY AS-IS AGREEMENTS UNTIL YOU HAVE HAD THE CAR INSPECTED. DON'T GET SCREWED OVER LIKE I DID. More

Skeptical of dealerships After my last car dealership experience I was very skeptical of buying a car at a dealership. I told them I would be their in 15 minutes and low and behold the car I was interested in was just sold 5 minutes before my arrival. Imagine that! Then everything else was every disgusting automobile trope you can imagine. When I left I swore I would never go to a "dealership" again to buy a car. Fast forward years later and Cars.com showed a 2015 Ford Edge within my price range and mileage. I contacted Accurate Automotive through email and asked them for their out the door price that included tax tag and title along with their Carfax report. They promptly replied in 30 minutes. Several days later after dealing with other shady dealerships trying to negotiate a deal I found myself going back to Accurate Automotive and decided I would call. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ray Benton who advised the car was still available and that I could come in and take it for a test drive. I told him I would be there in 30 minutes. When I arrived the vehicle was parked out front. Ray greeted me and we took it for a test drive. He also, beat my banks finance rate and the outdoor pricing did not change from the original offer. I bought the car I wanted with no haggling or hassles. Ray was very professional and I never once felt pressured or that I was being taken advantage of at all. If you want a nice vehicle with an honest upfront price then I recommend this dealership. They have somewhat restored my faith in the auto sales business and I would deal with them again. More
