Made appointment online. Arrived early. They had no record of my appointment and they told me that happens all the time. Waited awhile until someone walked me to parts desk w Arrived early. They had no record of my appointment and they told me that happens all the time. Waited awhile until someone walked me to parts desk where I waited another 15 minutes while she checked if part needed for body trim repair was in stock. It was not. Ordered part. Made in person appointment to return in 1 week. Fingers crossed. Everyone was super nice but problem is still not resolved. More

I do not recommend this dealership, I had a horrible experience. I chose a used vehicle I had interest in, but was given ONE offer and not shown any other vehicles to look at. The finance manager gaslig experience. I chose a used vehicle I had interest in, but was given ONE offer and not shown any other vehicles to look at. The finance manager gaslighted me, and they stalled and did not care that I was dissatisfied with the vehicle. In essence I got stuck with the vehicle and given no alternatives to get out of a bad deal. First time buyer also, just horrible. More

Will never buy another vehicle there again. And we trade our work vehicles in every 100k miles so big loss for them. Went in to buy a truck and they charged me WAY over sticker price for the truck new and this one was used with 6,000 miles on it. I understand the demand is high on super duties right now but going about $15k over MSRP for the same truck brand new on a used truck w/ 6k miles on it is just highway robbery!!!!! You might make some money on one vehicle but you lose repeat business. More
