What Others Say

Experience was good, helpful salesman, not pushy. Clean facility and overall buying experience was good

Last minute appointment booking to get some warranty issues checked out. Amanda handled everything professionally and personally and made sure it was done in a timely manner and communicated effectively throughout the process.

I, not so recently, (9/4 25) took my 2015 Ford Explorer to Access Ford to get the anti-lock brake system repaired. After over a week with no word from Juan Buentello (Service Advisor), my wife dropped by the dealership find out the repair status. Juan then called me to say the Job would cost $2,024.24. I agreed to the amount so they would proceed with repairs. After more than two weeks with no word from Access, I called for an update. I was informed that the repair was unsuccessful, and an additional $2,000 was needed to complete the job, if they could get the parts. Reluctantly, I agreed to the new cost. Since Juan had no idea how long the parts backorder would take, I needed to pay the $2024.24, to pick up my car. It is now well into October with no call from Juan. It appears the repair will never happen, and I paid $2024.24 for nothing. How many rating stars does the Access Ford Service Dept. deserve? P.S. I’m 85 and living on a fixed income. $2000 is a big expense.

Everything was very smooth and simple, the staff in the service department was very helpful and responded every single question i had,and always kept me updated on everything
