I had a beautiful customer service experience last week with Crystal and Lacie I went in for an oil change and I’m on repairing the back of suv The girls went out and listen to the issue Crystal diagnosed with Crystal and Lacie I went in for an oil change and I’m on repairing the back of suv The girls went out and listen to the issue Crystal diagnosed it was a rattle in my rear air conditioner vent they tell me all they can do that day was change they were busy Then in a short time later they called me and said my repair was completed and also the part that had fallen off by the rearview mirror was replaced very impressive they both need to receive a heads up thanks girls More

Disappointed with this repair service. Service people would not return phone calls about repair work. Took over a week to get my car back and is was out of service the next day and at anot Service people would not return phone calls about repair work. Took over a week to get my car back and is was out of service the next day and at another shop to get it fixed in half the time. The new shop found the defective part and repaired car. Access charged over $800 for labor and missed the defective part. I have talked to Crystal about the bill but NO has returned my phone call. More
