Service manager was an advocate for me to get Ford to do the right thing. My experience with getting my oil changed was great! I had enough Lincoln Access Rewards points to cover almost the entire cost & they washed & vacuumed the car, too! Unfortunately, they entered all of the service & charges as though it was done to my old, 2016 silver MKC (which I no longer have) instead of my 2019 red Nautilus. I took my truck in for my iLife Lithia Oil Change that I purchased when I bought the truck from Access Ford. 4 free oil changes per year. I took it in a few weeks ago and they called me to tell me I cance purchased when I bought the truck from Access Ford. 4 free oil changes per year. I took it in a few weeks ago and they called me to tell me I cancelled my contract. Why would I do that? They said that when I paid off my vehicle (2015) that that was the end of my lifetime oil change. This is unacceptable and I will and have shared this experience with everyone I know that is thinking of buying a vehicle or getting service for their Lifetime Oil Change. I was told to call the number that they gave me, and it was an answering machine with a foreign voice on it. Seriously, What does it mean to have a lifetime of oil changes? Do they think people replace their vehicles more often. I might if they actually had new trucks! Well maybe another dealership at this point! Juan has been good to me, but this was with the quick oil service people! More
