I’m 100% satisfied! The truck had some issues upon driving it home off the lot. Got it to service and it is getting fixed and I was given a loaner vehicle. Should have the truck back in the next few days!

Below is I have copied the email sent 1/5/2023. It was sent to: estebanchapa@lithia.com & ggonzales@lithia.com I’m writing as requested as a follow up from my survey. The vehicle I purchased through driveway was delivered without a temporary tag. I was emailed one and told the actual temporary tag was being mailed to me that day, November 30, 2022. I have been pulled over twice as the paper tag I printed from my email is not easy seen nor legible through the tint. I still have not received an actual temporary tag that can be affixed to my license plate area on the vehicle. I would really appreciate it being mailed to me as most customers of driveway do not receive their tag before the temporary tag expires. If you would extend the date for this reason that would be wonderful. If I were you guys I would not affiliate with Driveway as they are horrible. They charged me a delivery fee from Texas and then I find out the vehicle was already in Atlanta, Ga before I even purchased it. If I were a dealership I would not want to be associated with a company with such atrocious business practices. Had I read their reviews prior to purchase I would have never even considered purchasing from them. Thanks
