She kept on saying the deal was too expensive, but the salesman and manager kept working with her to get her the car payment she could not go over. In the end, she was able to get her Expedition and we all love it. We can't wait for family trips. More
Worst dealship I have ever encountered. Made a deal with with a salesman to buy a car. We bought the car. The deal was for a negotiated price and 3 years of Sync Turn by Turn directions promised by the salesman. We were told on several occasions after the purchase that it was paid for and activated. It has been a month and we do not have it. We feel now that we were lied to to get us to buy that car. Also, don't count on the General Manager, the Sales Manager, or the Assistant Sales managers to return any of your calls to get the matter resolved. I left each of them a recorded message stating the problems and concerns. Not one of them returned those calls. I was also promised a set of rubber floor mats that I never got either. A formal complaint has been given to Ford Customer Service Escalations Team. By the way, they are not going to stand by it either. Perhaps I should also contact the BBB. Guess what, we found out today that our salesman no longer has a job there? How convienient for them! More
Best car buying experience I've ever had! I went in not sure due to being upside down in the car I had. I am a chevy person and didn't think that I would own a ford. I have always had great service at Access Ford. I bought a Lincoln Navigator in 2006, in SA. Juan, in your service dept. always takes care of my car and made sure I had a ride home. He always called right away to let me know what was wrong, how long it would take to fix, and how much it would cost. We bought a 2010 Ford Escape at Access. Recently, we bought a 2015 Ford Taurus at Access. We will never purchase our cars any where else. Our salesman was great. BUT, the real reason we will always go to Access for purchases and repairs is because of your service dept. and JUAN. More
