Stephanie has always gone above and beyond to find the exact specifications we require and/or need all the way up to the specific color schemes and tiny vendor/model details. We prefer working with the same sales rep for each purchase because she knows our wants and needs. When it is time to upgrade a vehicle, Stephanie has always been very time efficient and diligent in meeting our requirements. Having a local sales rep who works with us on such a personal level makes the process of upgrading vehicles a smooth operation. Stephanie is the primary reason why we continue to do business with Access Ford. In addition, if we have service issues, or other repairs or general maintenance with our vehicles, I know we can call Stephanie to be sure our visits are trouble free. Once again, Stephanie was able to find the truck I wanted to upgrade to when my specifications were extremely hard to find (I am very partial to my particular color scheme and body model). Additional upgrades such as window tinting and spray on bed liner were also handled in a time efficient manner. Because of her service we continue to refer friends and other business associates to her when they are looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Above and Beyond My wife came into the lot knowing what she wanted. She looked at other SUVs thinking she may be over her head on the Expedition she wanted. She kept on saying the deal was too expensive, but the salesman and manager kept working with her to get her the car payment she could not go over. In the end, she was able to get her Expedition and we all love it. We can't wait for family trips. More

It has been a month and we do not have it. We feel now that we were lied to to get us to buy that car. Also, don't count on the General Manager, the Sales Manager, or the Assistant Sales managers to return any of your calls to get the matter resolved. I left each of them a recorded message stating the problems and concerns. Not one of them returned those calls. I was also promised a set of rubber floor mats that I never got either. A formal complaint has been given to Ford Customer Service Escalations Team. By the way, they are not going to stand by it either. Perhaps I should also contact the BBB. Guess what, we found out today that our salesman no longer has a job there? How convienient for them! More
Best car buying experience I've ever had! I went in not sure due to being upside down in the car I had. I am a chevy person and didn't think that I would own a ford.
