Excellent Service, World Class I had an electrical transmission problem with my Focus. I contacted Ford to get information about recalls. I was then offered to speak to another deal I had an electrical transmission problem with my Focus. I contacted Ford to get information about recalls. I was then offered to speak to another dealer closer to my house (Bowden). I had emailed them a month ago and have still not received a response. That is why I contacted Ford. I told Ford I would talk to Access Ford because of past experience with them. I was not disappointed. 1st Sergeant Juan called me and we setup a time to bring my Focus in. The problem was found and corrected without delay or hassle. My thanks to the team at Access. I highly recommend them. More

I did have 1 question she didn't have an answer to, but was quick to turn around and find the answer instead of just telling me she didn't know. A week of having my vehicle I received a call from Reggie asking how everything was going with my vehicle.
