UNHAPPY WITH MY NEW LINCOLN MKX I bought a Lincoln MKX and very disappointed so far. I do not even have the plates for it yet and already having issues. The window tinting that I was I bought a Lincoln MKX and very disappointed so far. I do not even have the plates for it yet and already having issues. The window tinting that I was charged 600.00 for that was not an option, it was already on the vehicle, has bubbles and is peeling on back window. The hatch is not working. It will pop open but will not lift or go down when button is pushed. The Bluetooth is not working properly. When I am on a call a couple minutes the radio volume will get loud and I cannot hear person I am on phone with yet the call is not disconnected. I bought it with 39 miles and it now has 170 miles. I have called the guy that sold me the car and he told me the service department tried calling me yet there is no message or missed call. I asked for a refund for the tinting since I do not want tint on my factory tinted windows and he said that was not possible. I feel like I have made a mistake buying this vehicle. I have had many of new vehicles in my life and never have I experienced problems days after buying the vehicle. I am praying things dont get worse from here. More

2018 Lincoln MKC This was not such an easy purchase. I had to convince them I had excellent credit in order to get the best interest rate. They started with 6% inter This was not such an easy purchase. I had to convince them I had excellent credit in order to get the best interest rate. They started with 6% interest and kept going back and forth to the manager. Eventually the manager came out to speak to me and I was able to get the 1.9% interest making my payment reasonable and affordable for me. I bought the SUV and I really like it.
