This seems to be a South Texas thing as I've used multiple dealerships and none give you a projected time and actually let you know they will miss it. generally find out car is ready by calling and they seem surprised no one called. Excellent Service Crew almost anything that could go wrong with a truck was wrong with ours. Juan kept in touch with us threw out the entire process keeping us up to date on almost anything that could go wrong with a truck was wrong with ours.
