Poor customer service Typical dealership experience... They bend over backwards to sell you a vehicle and then treat you crap when it comes time to service a problem!! Service technician was flat out rude and service manager was way less then friendly. Kept our vehicles le for an entire week for a one-day fix. Kept telling us that the vehicle was not on "recall" inspite of the Ford Motor company official letter that said "recall". Couldn't provide a loaner and refused to pay for rental. More

Great community feel, fair pricing I really enjoyed shopping for my vehicle at Access Ford. As the title states, there is a community feel at this location where there are all smiles. I really enjoyed shopping for my vehicle at Access Ford. As the title states, there is a community feel at this location where there are all smiles. Not your typical intimidating aggressive experience at other more corporate locations. I had similar deals at other dealers but ultimately chose access because of the friendliness of the staff and clean non pushy environment. Ralph Saldana was a laid back personable salesmen that I would work with again. No sleazy salesman feel at all. Management was a little aggressive with pricing and low initial offer on trade in, which is expected. They attempted to nickel and dime only a little on my way out the door, again, as expected. You just dream for that one car purchasing situation without that hassle. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend giving Access Ford a try, no matter the distance needed to travel.
