My experience I took truck in for oil change, a fix on my tail gate, and a recall I was told 1 day called at 5 pm and all they did was the oil change and was told t I took truck in for oil change, a fix on my tail gate, and a recall I was told 1 day called at 5 pm and all they did was the oil change and was told they were just starting on the tailgate they would call me in the morning I called at noon and was told they had to order the parts because they don’t keep in stock . Drove the truck home and by the time I go the 40 miles my check engine line is on my electronics are going on and off not very happy at the moment More

SERVICE AS PROMISED I CALLED AHEAD TO MAKE SURE I COULD DROP MY LINCOLN OFF AT 8:30 AM FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND PICK IT UP AT 11:30. I WAS TOLD BY ROY TO BRING IT IN. WHEN I ARRIVED, ROY WAS HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER SO IMMEDIATELY TIM ASKED IF HE COULD HELP ME. HE WROTE THE TICKET UP AND I WAS ON MY WAY WITHIN 3 MINUTES! I CALLED AT 11:20 AND ASKED TIM IF IT WAS READY AND HE PUT ME ON HOLD TO FIND OUT AND WAS BACK ON THE PHONE IN 30 SECONDS TO TELL ME IT WAS READY. I ASKED HIM TO BRING IT UP FRONT FOR ME. WHEN I ARRIVED, MY CAR WAS WAITING ON ME. NEXT TIME I WILL REQUEST TIM. More
