free oil change, yeah right! We have been taking my wife's ford F150 to Access for service since she has had it in 2012. The last time she took it there for oil change and servi We have been taking my wife's ford F150 to Access for service since she has had it in 2012. The last time she took it there for oil change and service they told her the next one was free. Because after five times of servicing, the next one is free. Well we took it today and without them saying anything they took the truck in at 11:15 in the morning. No one ever contacted us that the work was complete. So at three o'clock I called them and they said it was complete (we waited and waited, someone could have called) took her over there to pick it up. When she went in to get the keys they charged her for the oil change and other things they did. When she ask why she was getting charged they told her that they did not honor the free oil change any longer. She should have been told this before the work was done. We are very dissatisfied with the way they did this. I called to talk to someone and told him we would not be bringing the truck back there for service and he replied " no problem" . We are done with access ford and will not be buying anything or getting anything serviced by them again. I suggest you check what they are doing and how much they are going to charge before you let them service your vehicle. More

Patching the issue not fixing it My 2018 Lincoln Navigator has been in the shop multiple times for malfunctioning 4x4. Each time they reset the code and send me home with it instead of fixing the problem. I have been nice and patient until they left me in a position where it was not safe to drive on my family vacation. That of which I had it in the shop two times over the last two months to fix It Right AND THEY still didn’t. I wanted a good once over and this issue resolved so we could go on our Christmas vacation. I had to refuse to pick it up and throw a fit it wasn’t fixed properly! They could of had me and my three children stranded hundreds of miles away from home if I had trusted them! I had to buy plane tickets because renting a large SUV was going to be even more expensive than just flying to Colorado. More
