Very hard to get my truck in for repairs. Tried for 3 days to get an appointment. They wanted to keep it for 3-5 days. No loaners. Was not covered by warranty even tho my truck has only 13K m Tried for 3 days to get an appointment. They wanted to keep it for 3-5 days. No loaners. I said a while back I would never buy from this dealership again but I did. Seems every time management changes the quality of service get really bad. Receive text messages, " Call me ASAPA" not dealership again but I did. Seems every time management changes the quality of service get really bad. Receive text messages, " Call me ASAPA" not "Would you please call when possible?" In asking for a complete bank statement to show deposits when proof was provided for the income is a bit much. I spoke with the bank and was told the dealership is REQUIRED to tell you why a request like this in being made. Never could get an answer to this. If you are looking for another vehicle may I suggest another location? The sales manager has yet to contact me not even when I was purchasing the truck. The service department is another story.
